I just placed an order. When will my order arrive?

Depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 2 to 4 business days for the product to reach you. If shipping internationally it could take up to 4 to 10 business days depending on country and how long customs will take.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your spam folder.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Klarna.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes we accept worldwide shipping!

I want to return my order, how should i do?

Write us an email with your order number and we will help you.

I haven't received a shipping notification or tracking number?

Don't worry your order will be shipped asap. Unfortunately at the moment we don't have the opportunity to send you the trackingnumber automatically. If you have questions about where your order is just drop us an email!

I didn't pick up my order on time and the package was returned.

If you don't pick up your order on your local post office on time the package will be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any extra shipping costs.
